NDIS software pricing questions answered
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. All three plans start with a free 30-day trial and no credit card is required. You only enter payment details if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Can I switch between plans later?
Yes. Simplo NDIS software pricing is flexible – switch between Solo, Pro and Teams at any time from inside the app. No lock-in contracts, no penalty. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Does Teams charge per worker?
No. Teams is one flat price of $49 per month regardless of how many workers you add. There is no per-worker fee and no limit on team size.
Do my workers need to pay anything?
No. Workers access the Simplo Teams app at no cost. The $49 per month is charged to the owner account only.
Is Xero and QuickBooks included on all plans?
Yes. Xero and QuickBooks Online integration is included on Solo, Pro and Teams at no extra cost. When an invoice is marked paid in either system, Simplo marks it paid automatically.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all of your data at any time before or after cancelling. Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period. Nothing is locked away.
Which plan is right for me?
Simplo NDIS software pricing has three tiers. Solo is for independent support workers who invoice and manage their own sessions. Pro adds full compliance records for sole traders who need audit readiness. Teams is for providers who manage a team of support workers.
Where is my data stored?
All client and participant data is stored in Australia in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Simplo is Australian-built and supported from Melbourne.
